Tuwisha Rogers featured in the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL) newsletter

Tuwisha Rogers has promoted some of America’s most well-known brands, such as AARP, AMTRAK, Glory Foods, Verizon Wireless, Wrigley, and Proctor and Gamble. She has also developed multimedia plans and increased brand awareness for clients, such as Pepsi, MassMutual, Comcast, and Black Enterprise magazine. Working with Steve Stoute, founder and CEO of industry-leading marketing firm Translation, Tuwisha directed accounts for Microsoft Bing and Target.
“It was through Stoute’s mentorship and tutelage that I discovered how to be a creative problem solver. He encouraged and challenged my strategic and creative thinking and taught me how to not limit my ideas to one-dimensional lateral thinking, but to develop three-dimensional vision instead,” says Tuwisha.
After 20 years of being on several successful marketing teams, Tuwisha is taking the helm as founder and CEO of Wish Factor, LLC, preferring the title “Principal and Creative Problem Solver.”
We had a chance to catch-up with Tuwisha to learn about her entrepreneurial journey in founding Wish Factor LLC.
